Ms. Abramson has focused her legal career exclusively in the area of family law. Ms. Abramson has been named to the distinguished list of Northern California Super Lawyers in 2009, 2010 and 2011 which lists the top 5% of lawyers in Northern California as selected by peer review and independent evaluation by the publication. She graduated from John F. Kennedy University Law School and was admitted to practice law in 1993. She is licensed to practice law in all California Courts. Ms. Abramson is a member of the American Bar Association and American Bar Family Law Section, the California Bar Association and California Bar Family Law Section, the Alameda County Bar Association, the Alameda County Family Law Association where she currently serves on the executive committee and she is a member and past President of the Eastern Alameda County Bar Association. She serves as Chair of the Bay Area Regional Standing Committee for the Family Law Executive Committee of the California State Bar.

Ms. Abramson represents her clients in all aspects of the negotiation and settlement process and also provides divorce mediation for couples. She is one of the first attorneys in America to have completed the American Bar Association 40 hour Family Law Mediation and Advanced Mediation training programs.
